Nimgir — Refund Policy

Try before you buy.
The free demo is the complete product with a limited number of managed sessions — run Nimgir on your real work before you decide. That is the honest way to know it fits your workflow, and it is why purchases are final.
Digital delivery — final sale.
Nimgir is digital content delivered immediately: your license key is emailed within minutes of payment. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun (EU/UK consumer rules; for card purchases in Türkiye, Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği art. 15/1-ğ). Purchases are therefore final.
Refund handling.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Any refund request is submitted to and decided by Paddle under Paddle's Refund Policy.
Faulty product.
If the Software is materially defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are always entitled to a remedy — repair, replacement, or refund. Contact support@nimgir.ai or Paddle; we respond within 3 business days.
How refunds are paid.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. A refunded license key is deactivated.
