Nimgir — Privacy Policy

The short version: Nimgir runs on your machine. Your work never leaves it.

1. Data controller.

2. What the Software does NOT collect.

Your conversations, briefings, decision logs, workspace contents, file contents, and usage patterns are stored only on your own computer. They are never transmitted to us or anyone else. There is no telemetry and no analytics in the Software.

3. What the license system processes.

When you activate a license or the Software periodically revalidates it, our license server (api.nimgir.ai) processes: your license key, your email address (as entered at purchase), a machine identifier (a technical fingerprint used to count activated machines — it contains no personal files or content), and the product/version. Demo installations request an anonymous signed demo token; demo session counting happens against that token, not your identity.

4. What the website processes.

If you buy, your email address is processed by the payment provider (Paddle as Merchant of Record, or our bank's card infrastructure) to deliver your license key. License-key delivery emails are sent through Resend (resend.com) as our email processor. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical request data (IP address, user agent) to serve and protect the site.

5. Legal basis and retention.

We process the data in section 3 to perform the contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and to meet legal bookkeeping duties. License records are kept for as long as the license is valid and as required by tax law.

6. Your rights.

Under KVKK (Türkiye) and, where applicable, GDPR, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Write to support@nimgir.ai.

7. Processors.

Paddle.com Market Ltd (payments, as Merchant of Record), Garanti BBVA (card processing), Resend Inc. (license email delivery), Cloudflare Inc. (hosting/CDN). We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else.
